Through weekly gatherings, participants will learn and exchange plant-based knowledge, craft techniques, and personal stories, using these as both artistic expressions and therapeutic tools. The aim is to cultivate self-care and foster a deeper sense of interconnectedness.
These workshops include diverse methods such as performance art, sound therapy, guided visualization, meditation walks, drawing, and singing. Drawing inspiration from the facilitators’ expertise in herbalism, weaving, and eco-psychology, the sessions will help participants expand their emotional and physical connection to nature, recognizing it as a powerful source of healing.
Weaving the Vessel is presented by Stone Tellers, a new collective vision from artists Rosalind Fowler and Claudia da Palma Romao (Primal Waters). This summer, they are collaborating with others including weaver Liz Forrester (Woven Branch) and forager/artist Bryony James, along with other creative voices.
We are grateful for the support of Awards for All, which has made this project possible.
